Aioli Gourmet Burgers

First of all, DO NOT ORDER VIA DOORDASH STOREFRONT DIRECTLY ON THEIR GOOGLE LISTING - they have a known issue & Aioli doesn’t care to fix it.

I ordered for a pickup that way & headed to go pickup my order. Got in the store & they couldn’t find my order at all & said it’s a DoorDash problem but even with my receipt via email with order, order number & proof I paid they were unwilling to do anything besides give me the number to call DoorDash & get a refund. No offer to contact DoorDash via the merchant number or offer to make the food & contact DoorDash themselves. I’m honestly disappointed because I’ve eaten here before because it’s one of the very few burger places that offer a gluten free bun. So ya, do with that what you will but I walked out with no food, out $45 to hope that calling myself will get a refund. Mgr genuinely seemed so unhelpful.

Amazing!!!

Upon a recommendation of a long time friend…I ordered 2 burgers, one medium and one medium rare. (They asked how I wanted my burger, so I figured they could at least do this right, after all, it is a burger place! My medium rare was very well done, almost cardboardesque, and the medium was well done.) I asked for a rebate or 2 coupons for a free burger for another visit sometime (I figured this was my first visit and I would give them another chance)
We had to leave, but they offered a burger if we would wait, after telling me “I’m sorry that it is well done”.
Awful way to run a business. I will not return.
Buyer beware.

We have been customers since they opened. Wonderful food and service. They even sponsored my son's lemonade stand! This is a great restaurant and part of our community.

Good burgers. Staff was helpful and friendly. Nice outdoor area.

Rare burgers

I live in Tucson and we need a restaurant just like this. The burgers tasted so fresh! I had the black truffle burger and the green chile burger which were both fantastic. The Mac N cheese bites melt in your mouth. The lemonade was amazing! I highly recommend everyone try this spot.

I bought a Groupon for this place and was so happy I did. The food is amazing! I ordered the black and blue and the loaded fries. Quality ingredients and full of flavor. I will be back

Good food, chill place with indoor or outdoor patio seating that also has a couple games you could play.
