It is so hard to get basic errands done because of my work schedule. This office is open late hours unlike other places that close at 5pm and make it so much easier for me to contact them or send my documents without having to rush because of time. The call with loan officer Brian Leibowitz went very well. He answered all of my questions with out a problem and was very informative. I will be sending over my documents later today.

I have been denied by 3 banks and was ready to give up all together. Came across Affordable who works with many different banks and saves me time and money instead of me going lender to lender and having my credit pulled over and over. They found a lender and program that fits my needs and situation. They were beyond patient with me since I work night hours and sleep during the day. Anyway thanks to Affordable I was FINALLY able to close!! Very thankful!

The loan officer was really great to talk with and extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He will be getting back with me shortly with additional rates and programs for my refinancing. I have been talking to my local bank and the rates he quoted have them beat. I would be highly likely to apply with this loan officer. Local is a great advantage.
