Review on customer service, not actual repair/service , I wasn’t lucky enough to receive repair service : Called to get an estimate and gave them all needed details about my stove (brand/model/Sr. #/specific issues). I just wanted a rough ballpark figure to decide whether to repair or buy new (stove is over 10 yrs old). They said a technician will call me back. Nothing for a week! Called again, new person had no clue about my 1st call, said they’ll check and comeback to me. That was 2 weeks ago. I understand that you might be busy. Just say so, tell me we can’t help you, say that your technicians are booked solid and can’t entertain estimates requests, say I’ll have to set an appointment to get the estimate. It’s fair, I’ll accept it. But you just led me, ignored me twice me, and wasted my time.Report

I had to find a company to replace a drain hose on a dishwasher (Plumbers install them, we don’t fix them). I was able to book someone in right away (RJ was the Technician), and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. I will certainly call them again when I need appliance issues solved.Report
