Great service and communication.

Great customer service. Staff was very knowledgeable, communicative and accommodating. The guys even helped load my refrigerator upon arrival.

I ordered a part for my boat and after waiting all day, I was told that they got the wrong part and are not able to help me in any way. I spoke to the manager hoping I would get somewhere and talk about a rude person, I've yet to experience such horrible experience. I would not spend my time or money with this business.

CitiMarine has been great to work with from the get go. I had a couple of little things, that were out of everyone's control. CitiMarine was friendly and on top of them. A bezel was defective and I needed a longer cable. In my opinion what differentiates a good company from a great one is how they handle adversity. CitMarine handled both issues immediately with a smile. I will recommend them to all my friends.

Citimarine is phenomenal, I was online looking for a Micro-Air Soft Start device and found their name on the Micro Air web site as a dealer for their products. This was late night on a Sunday. Once I pulled up their website and typed in the part number I was looking for it indicated they had some in stock that I was looking for. The chat window popped up and asked if They could help. I replied and gave me a part number and description of what I was looking for he came back with a statement saying no one was able to assist at this time with this message would be placed in an email basket for someone first thing in the morning. My thought at this point what is it yeah I bet.
To my surprise and reaffirming my faith in people the next morning when I got up I had an email from them saying that they had checked her inventory and yes they did have that particular model in stock I was really surprised most systems like this don’t work Citimarine was on the ball. I am mediately called CitiMarine store and again confirm that it was there ask him to send it out once I got confirmation from the shipper it indicated they would be there in about five days once again to my surprise it showed up in four days absolutely the right part I install the part on my air conditioner and it worked perfectly.

Thank you again city marine you guys are outstanding in service polite prompt can you get the job done I will not hesitate to call you again when I need service.
