My large Vitrifrigo fridg died and I was forced to replace it. Dreaded getting a new one and installing it. Anyway, I called Citimarine and 4 days later the new fridg arrived in AZ in great shape. Terrific service, good pricing, happy customer

I was doing service on a customer boat, found one of the ac units damaged beyond repair, send a email to the guys at citimarine and they had the whole ac unit IN STOCK! just what I needed when no one else had anything! You know when you’re dealing with an online store an you expect there to be no customer service… This is NOT the case here! Use their live chat and they’ll have someone helpful guiding you in minutes. Email customer service and they will take care of your questions etc super fast and fairly! Manuel took great care of me with a question about my order. Highly recommend and I will purchase again!

2-18-22 Update: I have to add to my review about how great this company is. I placed another order and by mistake I added a part I didn't need, Manuel immediately called me fixed it and refunded me the difference. They all continue to exceed expectations and add value to my every experience with them.

Can't say enough about how great Citimarine is, even in these difficult times they go above and beyond what most others deliver. Very responsive, fast processing and delivery. Free Shipping also. I always make them my first stop in anything I am looking for and they usually have it.

I ordered a 16,000 BTU air conditioner to replace my MarineAir unit in the salon. I ordered it late on Tuesday afternoon and it was on my doorstep on Thursday morning. It installed easily and worked instantly when I fired it up. So happy with this purchase.
