Austin's Pro Max

Sent a vehicle up to get a new exhaust put on it.I was quoted $1850 for the exhaust to be replaced I declined for them to do any work to the car within five minutes of hanging up I get a call from someone that works there asking how much I would sell the car for. I own a dealership and was absolutely appalled that an employee would try and lowball offer the car, stating he would do the exhaust at home. I again declined his offers to buy my car and advised I would be picking it up.

Be careful when dealing with these guys if they are trying to do this to a business who knows how many people they have taken advantage of!!!!!!

Brian - Thank you for that feedback. I am appalled to hear that upon your declining to have us provide a service, a member of my team contacted you to ask about potentially purchasing the vehicle. The only time you should be getting any sort of call from a representative of Austin's Pro-Max is when we have information pertaining to a repair that we are working on. Rest assured this has been addressed with my staff, and any further instances will not be tolerated. The actions of that individual do not meet the standards of professionalism that are expected here.

A little pricey but turned out really really good had my exhaust done from the converter back on my turbo Jetta no rattles nice tone and clean welds

Steve and his crew at Austin promax in Spanaway were very professional quick and they took care of me on the same day brought my challenger in for a new exhaust and they were able to get it done within an hour and a half everything was quick professional and efficient highly recommend their service to anybody will definitely be going back when I need some brakes or any other service done in the future

I stopped in was helped almost instantly there was someone that was there before me but they asked how they could help I said I wanted something louder and that would rumble and I got exactly that within about an hour and the staff were very friendly and answered any questions that I had while I waited
