This place is awesome, took the subi in for a quick pick me up, Mr. Steve at the front desk and tech as well have a very honest price compared to others, said 2 days, got susie (subi) back the next day ready to ride, the work was clean, the service was on point and I’m going back to them for sure, very cool guys. These guys take care of you and are concerned about how much money you are spending. We take 11 trucks here to get serviced/repaired. I’m glad we have a shop like this close and honest about there workmanships. We’ve tried a lot of places, so far Austin’s promax has been a pleasure to work with.

Went to get the car looked at, they took my keys and said they would take a look soon. My car was left sitting in the same spot for 7 hours. They never looked at it. I even called 4 hours in and they said they would look at it soon. It was all unprofessional.

Hi Zack - Thank you for your comments, and I do understand your frustration. We do all we can to accommodate customers who drop off their vehicles and try to work those in with those customers who had scheduled advanced appointments. We have taken steps aimed to prevent these types of situations from occurring in the past, and should you decide to give us another chance, the best way to assure service would be to schedule an appointment in advance.
