The guys that American Twin Mover sent to take care of the scratches were awesome. Can't see a component from the washer and dryer. And as satisfactory as can be. It's up to twelve stars now.

This ultimate cross Cris, Mike and Jose were who I worked with and they had been great. Got everything executed in two hours. I'll proceed the usage of them in the future.

They are unfailingly punctual, helpful and polite. Communication is excellent. I think they are also fairly priced. I recommend them highly.

Try answering the phone during your listed business hours rather than saying “hello” and immediately hanging up when the customer starts talking. I know it can be difficult to wake up in the morning, but we’ve all been there.

They loaded one pod and will be back next week to load the second pod. They worked very efficiently and never stopped until the pod was loaded.

This is the 2nd time I've used these movers and will use them again if I need to. Scheduled to arrive 8-9 am, arrived at 8:30am. Had my entire 2 bedroom apartment loaded on the truck by 10:30am. Drove to new house and had everything unloaded, setup, and furniture placed where I wanted it by 12:45pm. Not a single scratch or dent on anything. Laid down moving blankets to protect the floors and even changed their shoes to ensure carpeted stairs stayed clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing to move.

American Twin Movers were professional from the start. After getting a few other estimates from highly known moving companies, Noam, with American Twin Movers, provided a VERY affordable estimate for the rooms of items needed to be packed and stored and that amount never changed. We were able to easily change our pick up/packing date several times due to circumstances beyond our control and American Twin Movers were able to accommodate every time. Brianna was an absolute angel. When we called to set a delivery date, they were able to fit us in and delivered right on time. All items were placed exactly where we needed, with care and professionalism. From the very first call to the last delivered item being unpacked and placed, they did not disappoint. I highly recommend American Twin Movers and will definitely contact them for any future moving needs.
