After I locked myself out of my house, I called a locksmith, which turned out to be a service and they provided only vague information. I decided to call Alliance, and they were friendly and professional, giving me an upfront price, the name of my technician and info regarding his arrival time. While I was waiting, my husband called to remind me of a key that he keeps hidden. When I called Alliance, I offered to make a payment, but they graciously told me they would cancel the call. Amazing! I can't speak more highly of them!Report

Called in a panic for emergency service at our business in a Friday afternoon and they sent somebody within an hour.
