Complete professionalism. The whole company has a great culture, which is appreciated these days. From those taking the call, researching parts (on old door) and installation guys who show up on time and take the time to get it perfect. Had three doors redone, would use again and recommend them easily.

Wow, incredible response time ! Something got jammed in the lock of my front door and couldn't get in. I called around and no one could send me a repair man for at least 5 hours but even that was questionable. I called these guys and they said they could get a repairman to my home in under an hour.

They showed up as promised, the locking mechanism was beyond repair, and he had an identical replacement with him. No ordering for lock, no fuss, no muss, and price was very, very fair, considering I had no choice. I will not hesitate to call them if I ever need them again. Thanks Cherrie for getting us going.

Francisco was excellent. Received a call that they could come earlier than expected which was a bonus. Kept me informed of their arrival. When Francisco arrived he got right to work and even showed me what he was doing. I got a full tutorial of his tools and how the lock works. Never saw this before and it was amazing. Ganesh did a beautiful job installing our new exterior door knob and deadbolt. Our front door is custom and a non-standard thickness that most locksmiths would avoid. We would definitely call him again in the future.

I setup the appointment with Sherry and Francisco was the technician. Both were very friendly and courteous. Francisco explained every step of the installation process. When there was an issue with my balcony lock installation he came back the next day to finish it. I am very pleased with their work and will definitely recommend them to others.
