Major league baseball outfielder Barry Bonds, is the son of player Bobby Bonds and godson of Willie Mays. He played with the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1986 and left for the San Francisco Giants with whom he played from 1993 through 200. He became a free agent following the World Series of 2007.
