All they are trying to do to add more service and sell you night guard you don't really need. The lady working is rude and impatient.

My name is Dr. Yiyang Zou and I recently joined this practice as the new associate dentist. I'm sorry you felt that the needs of certain dental services recommended to you were not thoroughly explained. If you ever find time to visit us again, I would be happy to go over why each treatment would be recommended for your clinical diagnosis. However, of course you always have the right to choose whether or not you want to receive treatment. At our practice, we offer a very high standard of care, because we believe that taking care of your teeth is very important to your general well being and overall health. So we try to fully inform our patients as to their needs. If you won't be coming back, we do hope you find a dentist that you love and go to regularly, because that's what's most important.

I had an appointment with Dr. Zou and received an email starting that she had an emergency and would be out and would not be back until December, then I get a text from her office reminding me of my appointment,. I call the office and they had no clue what I was talking about, and did not have an appointment for me at all . What kind of office is this lady running any way.
