Unhappy customer

This dealership will not budge on their non-refundable deposit rule. On 11-01-22, I put down a deposit on a model, before doing my full homework on the model. (My error!) After reading many negative online reviews for the model I reserved, I called and cancelled the reservation that I had placed, before 72 hours had passed. When I asked for the return of my deposit, I was told the reason they require a non-refundable deposit, is because they then take the model off the showroom for other customers to see or buy. I understand that if the actual car was physically on the lot at that time that I reserved it. However, the car is not due for arrival to the dealership until 11-21-22. I called again to request my deposit back due to not seeing how my temporary reservation on the car had negatively impacted the dealership or future sale of the car, after only three days reserve on a yet to be delivered car. Ordered a lever for the driver seat, there are 2 of them, one for the recline and one to raise and lower the seat. I was given a call by Young Subaru to make sure they were sending me the right one. I had the right one ordered but it was nice to have them call and verify. Great service, part fit perfectly.
