I have had bad spinal posture and have been struggling it for years without myself knowing, and Dr homer corrected it with just an initial visit. I already noticed the spinal muscle relaxation, improved posture that I have yet to have seen since my teenage/prime days!

I highly recommend Dr. David Homer for your chiropractic needs. He is quite knowledgeable, great listener and gets to your pain needs immediately. His office is efficient and an on time practice. I have had chronic hip and knee pain for over 20 years and after 5 treatments my hip pain has gone. We have discussed a wellness plan to help me with lower back pain and my knee. He is the only doctor that has listen to me seriously and wants a better quality of life for me.. Wow, a doctor who cares, amazing!

I have moved to the neighborhood looking for new chiropractor. I was able to book same day initial appointment, after having lower back and neck pain caused due to long periods of time sitting. It took only few sessions to get me back on track. Dr. Homer is very competent, patient, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommending him for any chiro treatments.

I have suffered from back pain and migraines for eight years. I tried many other chiropractic and osteopathic professionals and nothing relieved the pain. Dr. Homer listened well and has taken a very methodical approach with my treatment. I dislocated my shoulder 20 plus times and this created a complex mess. After a month of treatment, my headaches went away. I am so greatful for Dr. Homer's effort as he is the first of 10 professionals to alleviate my headaches. He explains everything he is doing and slowly but surely he is undoing a lifetime of damage. I feel like I have a life back as my migraines were debilitating and happened multiple times a week. After years of chronic lower back pain that slowly migrated up my back into my shoulders and down into my sciatica, I had pretty much given up hope. It has been over 2 years since I sustained my injury and after diligently following the suggestion of multiple physio therapist's and chiropractor's stretches and exercises, I was barely making a comeback. The chiropractic clinic I was going to in Durham was the first one I have ever gone to. If I had known about Dr. Homer, I would have never stepped foot in the place and wasted the money.
Luckily, I got a job down in the city and needed to find someone close by to where I live, and that's how I came across Dr. Homer and his Wellness Centre. I read the reviews and figured I'd set up an appointment. The first thing you notice when you enter through the doors is the relaxing environment and setting. During my assessment he was genuinely concerned and showed compassion with the goal of getting me back on my feet. After my first adjustment, I remember driving back home and almost laughing tears of joy because of how amazing my back and shoulders felt! Ever since then, I have been going back to see him weekly.

The truth is, you have to put in the effort to get better. I changed my diet, excercise daily, and religiously do my stretches still. But with the help of Dr. Homer getting my back properly aligned and relieving tight muscle guarding, I'm feeling the best I've felt since my injury! I can't thank him enough!
