I would like to share my experience with a company called Yendo. Please be aware that this company is an absolute scam. I owed a monthly balance and attempted to make a payment through their app but was repeatedly unable to log in. When I called customer service, they transferred my issue to the technical service team, yet it was never resolved. Despite my repeated calls every few days, being told it would take 48 hours to fix, the issue persisted. After a month, they claimed there was no history of my login attempts and requested a screenshot of the error, which I provided. Even after two weeks, there was no resolution or response.

I suggested resetting my account to facilitate the payment, but they refused. I called numerous times to pay off the account, but they continually transferred me between customer service and collections, accusing me of not trying to pay. On my last call on July 8th, after being transferred multiple times, I requested to speak to a supervisor. I was told to send a certified check, but when I asked for clarification, they tried to transfer me again. After waiting for an hour, they finally allowed me to make a payment under $5,000, something I had been requesting for over a month and a half.

This company clearly aims to prevent you from paying off your balance to repossess your vehicle. They repeatedly added fees, making it apparent their goal was not to assist me but to take my vehicle. As soon as they finally sent me the payment link, I paid the balance immediately.

Please, do not ever deal with Yendo. They are a scam, and their intent is to repossess your vehicle by obstructing your ability to make payments.

Yendo is an absolute joke. They get me on a payment plan for 6 months, then tell me they don’t have a payment plan and I owe a bunch of money. No one knows what’s going on. Calls every month telling me I’m behind on my payments, when I’m not. Please AVOID!!
UPDATE: Brian-operations manager contacted me and got my situation straightened out. I really appreciate him reaching out!!

Someone used these people with my wife's stolen identity to obtain credit. No fraud department and no one will call you back. Basically too bad so sad we love facilitating fraud.

Wanted to provide some positive feedback for agent Jhonathan , the gentleman contacted me via text to provide details on my account and some items to consider when making payments.

The approach and willingness to assist is 5 stars. I left informed and with a clear idea on what to do on my account moving fwd while understanding the outcome of not following the direction provided.

Some fresh air with humans like Jhonathan .. no bots here.
