First time getting my oil changed and tires rotated at Yark Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Check in was flawless. At check out, everything that was done on my car was explained to me in detail. I would recommend them to anyone asking for a referral.

Everytime I come to Yark for an oil change is something I been taking my car to dodge Charlie for my oil changes cause the service is better there. Yark forgets to put the oil change sticker in my window on more than one occasions. Then let's not forget my headlight been out for 3 months now and when I was under warranty they dragged their feet about getting it fix but now that my warranty is up they eager to fix it. My experience with Yark for 2 1/2 year almost 3 years have been a money grab they only want to fix something when you are coming out of pocket. I don't recommend anyone to buy a car from there I have 2 cars from there and won't be going back I'll trade them both in for a non dodge jeep or ram customer satisfaction not guarantee 5 thumbs down ??????????

The financial department does not shoot straight. Read all your paperwork before signing. Make sure things are the same as discussed on the phone.

My sister had a horrible experience at this dealership. She was verbally assaulted and threatened. The salesman was Shane Synder. I work for The Jeep Plant locally and I will not support this dealership.
