PLACE & CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE !! I recently hit 3 deer in my BMW & They've had my BMW coming up on 2 months now and they still have not got to working on my vehicle.
I called & called, left multiple voice messages and they never reached back to me so I can get a update on my vehicle or see what's going on.
So I went up there, all for them to tell me they are still waiting on parts that they don't know will arrive an still can't even give me a date when the parts will be there… I'm hoping my car comes out they way it looked off the BMW dealership because after reading these reviews I'm very nervous.. only reason I took my vehicle here is because BMW OF TOLEDO recommend them !!! This is what I did not what to deal with an I figured they would be professional since BMW is the one who recommended me to them.
But to anyone who may be reading this I'd never recommend this place AT ALL !!!!

I first got my estimate from I few places then settled on getting the paint job done here. After having the car and already starting the job they call me saying our manager said we can't paint it this way, we have to strip it then paint it. So conveniently enough for them it's going to cost more money. Because the "professionals" that gave me the estimate didn't know how this simple job was to be done. Then they ask do you want us to do it? Well you "obviously have to finish it now since you already started the job.
Then the due date comes and low and behold to my surprise it's not done (didn't see that coming) it'll be done Monday they said. Surprisingly enough still not done. "It'll be done Tuesday" I wasn't going to hold my breath for this one. So I get ready to go get my car, I call to make sure (because they being professional and all won't call you) oh it's not done. For sure Wednesday it'll be done again no call I get a ride out there still hot done. To much aggravation I just took my car because my ride has already left. But are they going to officer a car because of there mistakes "nope" so needless to say I will NEVER use this place again. But if you don't mind a headache or being aggravated go ahead and go here.

Our technician tried to sand and featheredge the damaged area the best he could, but the old paint continued to peel. We notified you that to be able to it right we would have to remove the old paint from the 3 panels before we could apply new paint. They took 2 months to fix my vehicle. They don't care. Everytime they gave me a date it would be done it got pushed back. I've purchased my last 5 cars from yark. Not again.

Please understand that we do try to serve our customers the best we can and sincerely apologize for your experience, and regret any frustration or inconvenience it may have caused you. The steering gear assembly was on back order and once the part arrived on October 25th we made sure to make your vehicle top priority and have it repaired as soon as possible. The vehicle was completed on October 27th and $200 was taken off your deductible for the inconvenience. Again, we sincerely apologize and please understand we truly try our best to take care of everyone.

Well I can see at least ten people had the same awful experience as me! They've had my husband's BMW over 100 days and still don't have it done. They told my husband it was done and they left exposed seam sealer and ordered the wrong bumper and drilled holes in it. And now they are waiting for more parts to put it back together......avoid this shop at all costs. Will be consulting my attorney and taking my car to be fixed elsewhere.
