Yard Envy

I needed to buy some replacement parts for my bird feeders. I reviewed their return policy in case the parts didn't fit. A $12 purchase of two small parts (about an ounce) had a shipping charge of $15. If I needed to return them, they would deduct 20% (restocking fee) I would be required to keep all packaging in "new" condition (i.e., not open the inside packaging?) and I'd need to pay the return postage. Final deal: I would end up paying $39.50 and have nothing in my hands. There is even a 14 day time limit for me to get this insanely bad deal. I would only lose $26 if I kept the parts and threw them in the trash. Read before purchasing from them.

This is the first time I've ordered from Yard Envy and I have to admit that I wouldn't purchase from them again. I ordered an illuminated palm tree and plastic clips were missing so I contacted them for more. So far I've contacted them 3 times, but no extra clips have arrived. The palm tree was purchased in March so they've had plenty of time to respond to my request. Customer service is crucial in the business world and this company has definitely missed the mark!
