Beautiful place.

As a 37 year old black male I have NEVER been disrespected and embarrassed like this ever in my life. Jim Gillespie and Crystal Wright should both be ashamed of themselves. 2 poor representatives of JCC. Crystal reached out to me Via message on indeed with a few questions based on the maintenance supervisor position. I answered said questions then a few days later she replied asking if I can come in for an interview. I show up for the interview she shows me the building, we talk about my experiences and I meet with Jim and they show me a few things that needed fixing and if I was capable of doing so I replied, yes I can. I then leave after the interview. She calls me back and they want to do a background check and meet with Jim again and another male. She asks me to reiterate who I am and my experiences to Jim and the other guy. After I was done Jim replies " I like him, I want him to start ASAP." Crystal then replies "can you start this week? " I said yes. It was a tuesday. She then says Im going to run the background check and u should hear from me tomorrow which would be Wednesday. Wednesday goes by nothing, Thursday, Friday goes by nothing. I reached out Monday I don't get a call back. I reach Tuesday no call back. I show up there and Crystal is not in. Then I finally get her on the phone and she says "your background check came back fine but the board wanting me to interview another guy. Now talk about a slap in the face. I go from "you got the job" to not even being considered and never hearing from them again. This lady told me too my face that I was the only one they wanted. My birthday was 5/15 and my wife was going to book a vacation for us and I told her not to because I'll be starting work smh.. so After insuring my family that I would start work, being asked what happened? What's going? I don't have an answer for them because these 2 tail tuckers can't even do their jobs and be professional. So now back to looking for a job I honestly never been treated like this. Now I see why the last maintenance supervisor just up and left because these 2 are honestly not to be trusted and lack professionalism and should be really looked into.

Amazing new additions, trainers and future plans! YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE JEWISH TO GO HERE! I didn't know that until recently. All ate welcome!

The facility is gorgeous and everyone is very friendly. We love having meetings at this venue.
