Girlfriend and I bought a car about a month ago, car runs great so no problems there. BUT, the salesmen were extremely pushy, couldn't get a word in without them asking if we are "buying the car or not". finally bought it and now we are STILL waiting on a memo title from them as we bought out of state and live in ohio. i've called multiple times, i get transferred and leave a message everytime with a callback number and never receive a call back. our temp tags expire in a few days and we have no idea where the memo title is or even what stage we are at in the process of receiving it. it seems like no one there has a clue what's going on with any sort of title work. it's just frustrating and leaves a bad taste in your mouth. not an easy process at all, that's for sure.

had a good review until now.. UPDATE: TERRIBLE PLACE, traded vehicle over a month ago and they have not even 1 time contacted loan company to payoff my old car, they are killing my credit so BEWARE

Chad - As you know, there were some extenuating circumstances, but all of that is resolved and we overnighted the payoff check yesterday.

I just want to say that I inquired about a vehicle at Wright Honda and they connected me with Miss Brenda! She was absolutely the best car buying experience that I had .. not only did she show me a vehicle in my price range but SEVERAL which made it difficult to choose ... I ended up going with a 2018 Kia Sportage which I love .. I couldn't be happier and SHE was so patient and helpful ..also I would like to add that NOT ONCE did she or anyone else at that dealership pressure me into buying just anything. Miss Brenda took her time and walked the lot with me .. and also went over every detail about the different options.. I thank you kindly and I hope you enjoy your new building .. to everyone at Wright Honda in uniontown ... you have made a new friend .. ??

Spoke with a sales person via text put me in touch with Zach their special finance person. He took down my info said I'll get back to you in 10 to 15 minutes. I waited until next day got in touch with Zach he had no clue who I was, conversation over.

Ran my grandmother through circles trying to get her oil burning sonata covered under the applicable warranty (2016 with 50,000 miles). Stated that it was not considered to be burning oil until it burns a quart over a 1000 miles and she had to track it (she is 78). They do not back their vehicles and could not be more disappointed. Had to drive down to intervene personally and still no intervention. Absolutely ridiculous. Wexford is full of car dealers, go literally anywhere else.

Jeffrey - we understand how this can be frustrating. Hyundai requires us to follow very specific procedures to see if the vehicle is burning excess oil. During your grandmother's time in determining if the vehicle is burning excessive oil, she added oil to the car which caused our readings to be within specifications according to Hyundai. We absolutely can not falsify these readings to Hyundai when submitted under warranty. Like we mentioned, we would need to restart to process to determine if it is consuming too much oil according to the Hyundai warranty guidelines.

Very excited to purchase a brand new 2021 Yukon. Immediately had issues (within the first week) of owning it. Vehicle has been in the shop repeatedly - their service is actually really helpful and great but is completely overshadowed with how awful the sales side is run. Was offered incentives UNTIL I go into finance to sign and then it was "oh no we never offered that". Fast forward to the Yukon in the shop more than I have it, strike a deal with GM to buy it back and have me pick out another one. I went into the dealership the same day GM and I came to the agreement to pick out another vehicle. Tell the sales manager Dave what I want, so that they can arrange to get it for me and decide to upgrade to the Denali. I did not want to be the holdup. Since then, its been nothing but lies and stories... I cannot get a call back from Dave unless I physically walk into the building AND even then I feel like he avoids me. He never knows whats going on. He has to make a phone call to someone. He has told me repeatedly that they are doing me a favor by trying do the trade in and they wont make any money on selling me a vehicle that actually works. So right now, I am stuck with a $70k POS while Wright tries to run out the clock on the buyback. I cannot get a straight answer from anyone there or a call back on the phone. Not even from Wright Automotive Group. This place is a joke... customer service is not a priority. This will be the last GM vehicle I buy
