I have been a Subaru customer for over 30 years and have dealt with several Subaru dealerships in New Jersey. I had a wonderful experience with World Subaru. John and Nicole were very informative and helpful as I purchased my new Crosstrek. I was particularly impressed because Mike was able to honor an incorrect price which was published on the Car Fax app. The price was at lease $8000 lower than it should have been. I had made the trip to World Subaru which was over an hour from my home to test drive the Crosstrek. When they realized the error in the price, I was happily surprised when they told me they would honor the lower price. Highly recommended dealership! Buying a car during the pandemic has been hard. Used cars are selling above MSRP these days. Across the country, there are aggressive chip shortage taxes/fees or simply no inventory.
