Service is the best. Brandi has been my service advisor since I started bringing my 2018 Navigator here. I live in Forest Park. 10 minutes from Alan Vigil, where I bought my vehicle from, but I drive to Five Star in Stone Mountain because of the service I receive from Brandi. She is great. The technicians she work with are great and informative. This is my dealership of choice. When Brandi is out for lunch her team members are great as well.

Took my car in for an alignment just to get scammed for new lug nuts. Gave me no option when I told them I could get them somewhere else. Charged me $10.00 a lug nut. Rip off!

I had a great purchase experience. My sales person was Justin Johnson. He greeted me as I entered the dealership and asked how he could be of service. I had already done extensive research on the vehicle that I was interested in. I gave him a list of must have options and what I was willing to pay. He walked me to the vehicle that I ultimately ended up buying. I guess the point I'm trying to make here is that he listened to my request and showed me a vehicle that had everything that I was looking for. We didn't have to walk all around the lot looking at several different options. He got it right on the first try, which was very impressive. Mr. Johnson was then able to explain all of the other features of the truck, how they work and how to set them up to fit my needs as the operator of the vehicle. Justin explained everything very carefully before allowing me to drive. Once I was behind the wheel he continued to hilight and explain how all of the built-in technology worked and it's intended purpose. After the test drive we took care of the paperwork and sealed the deal. Since then I've had a few questions arise. Justin was easy to reach and eger to help with my inquiries. Overall Justin Johnson is an absolute professional and a pleasure to do business with. This is the fifth truck that I have purchased at Five Star Ford.

I came to this location, which I purchased my car here, in September for a maintenance check. I was recommended to get quite a few services done which included an oil change, coolant flush, transmission flush, and a few other services. I paid close to $800 for these services. Prior to getting these services done, I had no issues with my heater working. Shortly after having the services completed, my heater began to blow out cold air. Initially, it would blow out cold air then the heater would seem to work okay after my car had been running for a while. After dealing with this for a few weeks, I then took my car back to the dealership to get it checked out. Unfortunately, they weren't able to do anything, because I was unable to leave my car with them for 2-8 days. I had to take my car to get serviced elsewhere where they informed me that I had NO coolant in the system. There were no leaks found either. I tried to inform a service rep here at Ford and he explained that they would need to keep my car in order to perform a few tests to verify that there was no leaks present. This made no sense to me, because they had already confirmed that no leaks were present on my vehicle and also applied sealers to prevent any leaks from occuring when the services were being completed. Unfortunately, they did nothing to reimburse me or solve this issue. I was told that there was no record of me coming in to get my vehicle looked at again since I couldn't leave it with them for 2-8 days. I paid $189 + tax for them to complete a coolant flush and then had to turn around and spend another $189 + tax a month later for the exact same service with another company. It seems as if someone at this location failed to complete this particular service correctly. I am very disappointed with this location and will not be returning for any further services.

I was in the market for a new car and inquired with Five star Ford about one on their website. An agent by the name of Jacob reached out and was very friendly. I went in the next day to check it out and was greeted by Justin who was a big help. He wasn't a pushy salesman at all and he worked diligently to get me the best deal in my price range.
