Since I got an email that asked me to rate…Report
I made an appointment and paid for a spider vein treatment, which I've had done before through a different provider. Reception was warm, but once in the room, I was not offered any pain prevention.
Most importantly, I saw absolutely no results from my $500 treatment, even after multiple weeks.
I contacted the office through their messaging system. And heard nothing.
I then called the office and spoke with a higher up, who said she would attempt to reconcile, but I heard nothing. This has been 6 months in the making.
After two attempts to make arrangements for some sort of fix, nothing has been done.

I was very disappointed with their customer service or lack there of. I went in on Friday to have blood taken so I could start my hormone therapy. They told me I would receive a call the following week to schedule an appointment. Two weeks passed and they never called. I called them the following week. They weren't able to find my paperwork. The person that could help wasn't there, but would return shortly and they would call immediately after she returned. They never called. Two weeks later I went to the office. No one was at the desk. I waited about 10 minutes. No one showed up. I called. The phone rang and no one answered. I have absolutely no confidence in this facility and would rather drive 2 hours to Baxley than to drive the 10 minutes to this facility!Report
