Mrs Lurgy Ramos helped me at the dealership and I had a few options available to me and she really came through with flying colors, easily one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership she needs a promotion in my opinion

I came to pick up my cousin from lurgy very interesting ,helpful ,straight , good deal, fair prices , time spent within limits during transactions, warmly coming, recommend anyone to buy with her… out going person. Great ?????

Worst experience faced from sale/leasing team at this dealer.
No good to explain me in detail, I was asking something and they just want to run my SSN.
Felt like ignored and the Manager was too rude he just want cars to be sold and not interested in how someone feels with his behavior or may be they don't like Asian's.
Never never faced such rude behavior towards me in USA.
I hope this might be my last in USA.

Hi Sridhar, We apologize that your experience wasn't worthy of a 5-star review. That said, we are not tax consultants and cannot advise on Canadian taxes. When you were here we spoke about several options and after reviewing the choices, you left here saying you wanted to think about what you'd like to do. You mentioned possibly buying your car outright at which point we did tell you that once registering in another country, there may be some change to emissions laws that you would need to look into. We do NOT discriminate against anyone regardless of race, color, ethnicity, or any other factors. Alex did a great job at getting me the car I wanted at the right price ! He made the car pickup process very smooth. He even rushed back to hand me my old EZ-Pass just before I left. Thanks Alex !

EDIT:
Tires on my car that were "new" needed to be changed after the second oil change. Free oil changes that I currently pay extra for every month is a plan for a different car which only includes standard oil instead of synthetic which I was told I would be receiving. Many calls to the finance manager Gustavo Abad, who wrote up the papers I signed, and I have not received any word back. They basically lie to you and have you sign papers that don't include what was actually supposed to be included.

Buy your car here if you have to and make sure you're getting everything included at your price and don't pay for anything extra. Just a scam.
