They were very kind and professional and worked at the pace needed and didn't rush.

Not only do the dentists do very good work, but explain things thoroughly to their patients. I've received excellent care there.

While this practice seems to be good and gentle with communicative dentists, I was extremely disappointed at the costs that were hidden from me when I made my appointment. I was told that the appointment would cost $170 and when I arrived I was told it would be just under $500. I would not have made the appointment had I known this beforehand. I also learned at this appointment that an overpayment from a procedure that another member of my family has has been held without our knowledge for nearly a year. While I understand that profit is important to dental practices, I have had numerous experiences with this practice where the bottom line seemed much more important than patient well-being.

I had a great time at this new office. It was spacious, plenty of parking, timely, and had super friendly staff. I was referred to book an appointment here as the office in Arlington was fully booked but I have switched to this Woburn office permanently because I had such a pleasant experience.

I started going to this office after my previous dentist left the practice I had been going to. I am really glad I chose it. The staff are friendly and the treatment has been excellent. I had a few issues when I was initially evaluated and Dr. Chan and Dr. Saviano worked together to diagnose them quickly and now I’m getting the treatment I need. The office vibe is upbeat and they have great music- not the most important thing, but definitely nice to have. Definitely would recommend them.

Made the wisdom teeth extraction process very comfortable and relaxing. Very efficient and proficient and accommodating to my needs.
