I was lucky enough to get in contact with Sonya Jindra and start house searching. I was nervous as a first time home buyer and only 20 years old but from day one we hit it off and Sonya made me feel comfortable and secure. She guided me through this crazy market and never once discouraged me no matter how particular I was about which house I went with. Sonya kept my best interests at heart the whole way through and we searched house after house. Months after searching, I got the warm fuzzy feeling when I stepped into a home in buffalo, Sonya shared that feeling with me. After that day, Sonya fought hard for me to become the newest owner of my beautiful home. Sonya never failed to impress me while knowing her and I just knew that she would help me find a home for my family. I have been a real estate attorney for over 40 years and have dealt with numerous agents, both good and bad. I recently had my first deal with Sonya Jindra and was very impressed. This actually was the same transaction that the client gave Sonya a bad review because she waived her home inspection. This was totally uncalled for as it was discussed with the client and the waiving of the property inspection had become a necessary evil in our very competitive market. Nevertheless, even after seeing the negative review, Sonya continued to represent the client 100%. She could have written her off but she did not. She remained attentive and responsive. As someone who values communication and professionalism I would recommend Sonya to anyone looking to sell or buy real estate.

What an amazing experience !

Meeting Sonya was a gift from God. After 30 years, my mom made the leap and moved into a small condo. The move was not a simple one, and thank God for Sonya. The first meeting, we felt like we knew her forever. After the months ( or so it seemed like months) of prepping my mom for her move, Sonya was right there every step of the way. She counseled us and held our hands through the whole process, and I'm so ever grateful for that. Her patience, kindness and hard work that she put into selling my moms home paid off and we sold the house within days. If we ever go through this process again, Sonya will definitely be my agent ! She's now officially part of our family and we could not have done it without her.

I put my house on the market in April 2021 with Metro Roberts. Sonya Jindra was our realtor and I was extremely happy with the way she handled the sale of it. We went with 5 days of showings with multiple offers. Being a sellers market she set the price at a good, but reasonable price. It sold for much more. She kept us abreast of everything as we were out of town. She was also my realtor when I looked for a new, much smaller ranch style. She was thorough and set up appts for the week. Luckily after seeing two homes, I found my final home. Right from the beginning she felt like a friend. She loves what she does and cares about us as clients. I'm having a bad experience with my realtor Sonya Jindra. At very beginning, She was so enthusiastic in showing me round for different houses, but she suggested me to waive home inspection for few houses. After I signed the contact, all my friends and insurance company told me I should never skip home inspection to hurry up getting a house. In addition, she was trying hard to allure me in buying a house, because she found I'm a first house buyer, who is supposed to be naive and easy to be convinced.

Had a wonderful experience using this company. Sonya Jindra was the realtor that helped us sell our home. She walked us through every step. She's knowledgeable and very responsive. She made the process so easy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
