Toyota of Bellingham (formerly Wilson Toyota) is under new ownership that has taken great strides to stand behind what they sell.

Years ago when this dealership was under different ownership and called Wilson Toyota, my wife and I purchased a used Ford Focus with an additional extended warranty. Unfortunately, the warranty wasn't as comprehensive as we were led to believe…. Which we found out five years later when we had a transmission problem and had to call Toyota Customer Care.

The new GM of Toyota of Bellingham, Mr. Rob Hourani, went above and beyond to help us out with the issue. Even though the warranty service was being denied, Mr. Hourani took it upon himself to approve not only a rental car, but also a portion of the repair costs. In my experience, this level of customer service is basically unheard of and is very commendable.

If you are looking for an ethical car dealership with employees who will bend over backwards to do everything they can for you, I can't recommend Toyota of Bellingham enough. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.

We'll be looking to purchase a new car within the next 18 months, and we'll definitely be checking in with Toyota of Bellingham first.

Was a helpful friendly service experience. Flexible with picking up vehicle after the service center closed. Had a texting service was helpful for answering quick questions and updates. No complaints.

I've had nothing but pleasant experiences with this dealership. I bought a car from them in 2018, and have used their service department often. When I was in an accident with that car and needed to have it towed in the middle of the night somewhere, I brought it here. The next day they got me into the top of the service rotation and had no complaints about me doing that, and also had my car repaired and driveable extremely quickly. Were I to buy another Toyota, I would come back here.
