Add ReviewWilson Motor Company was amazing to work with! I worked with Darian, Dave, Chris and Jeff. Darian responded via email within 2 hours of me inquiring about a 2024 Ford Bronco in Cactus Gray. He also was quick to respond when I took a couple days to figure out a time to drive the 6 hours to see the vehicle. When I requested to see the vehicle the following day, he held it for me even with several other interested parties. He also gave me his number to communicate easier if anything occurred during our trip. When we arrived Darian was very attentive to everything I was wanting out of this vehicle and continued to ask if I needed anything or had any questions during the buying process. He then went back and forth several times with Dave on pricing and was very competitive. Dave was very patient with me and extremely helpful when deciding whether to lease or purchase this vehicle. I really appreciated Dave's ability to articulate the money side of it to me without making me feel unintelligent. I am not a car buying expert by any means and both Darian and Dave made me feel extremely comfortable the entire time. Jeff and Chris were so fast with the paperwork side and were both friendly and personable. I was able to purchase the exact Bronco I wanted (package, exterior color which is now discontinued in 2025 and interior color) and I will highly recommend anyone to make the trip to go see everyone at Wilson Motor Company. In the future if I ever want to trade this vehicle in or if I'm looking for another I will make Wilson Motor Company my first stop. Thank you so much again Darian and the Wilson Motor Company team, you all took the fear of car shopping out of this experience!Report
There aren't a lot of choices for Ford service in the valley and my experience with Wilson of Logan has been mixed. The Service Manager is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 3.Report
I'm not going to name names, but there is one advisor there that is cranky, argumentative and downright difficult to work with. I'd bet most people who get service at Wilson know exactly who I'm talking about. I had yet another run-in with this person recently after which the manager had to get involved. Strangely (or perhaps not strange at all) I never got my survey from Ford after that service.
I'm a Ford guy and I don't plan on switching up any time soon, but I literally dread having to go to Wilson every time I need anything done on my Ford vehicles.
As stated previously, the service manager is the only reason I don't drive south to get service done.

****OK I am back to edit this review. Almost immediately after posting this review I received a call from manager Chris. He was quite apologetic, gave his side of the story, listened to mine, and we are now back in business. My original thought that integrity was not a priority with these guys is retracted. I appreciate the fact that he called and made all this right. He is also very understanding that with all the mis/non communication that there has been a domino effect that needs to be dealt with at this point. Thank you again Chris for making this all right. ****5 stars :)Report
I am giving one star only because I have to. Long story as short as I can get it condensed. I helped my son buy a car from these folks and it all went very well and we left very pleased. Fast forward a few years and my son is trying to sell the vehicle so he can afford his upcoming school loans. He tried various avenues and ended up speaking with Wilson Motors who agreed to buy the car and gave him a quote. He left with quote in hand and proceeded to acquire the remaining balance of the loan after Wilson paid their part. Shortly before he got that money he went back to Wilson to confirm the steps that needed to be taken to close the deal. He was dealing with Parker, who seemed to be doing his part with honesty and integrity, and who also promised my son that the deal was still on once my son had the remaining balance in his hand. My son left with confidence that he had sold his car. Once he received the money he went back to Wilson to finish it out. He was suddenly told that they could not do the deal because they had to send paperwork to California (for me to sign since I was the primary on the loan). Now, I am not sure what happened here because my son was up front with them regarding the loan and that I did not live in the area to sign the paperwork once they began the purchase of the vehicle. Here is where I am giving Wilson negative stars. Not only did they wait until he had gone through the trouble to find the remaining funds for paying off the loan but, now they will not return my phone calls. Neither manager will take a call so I have to leave them messages....which they still will not return. All I would like to know is their side of the story but NEITHER MANAGER WILL CALL ME BACK. I have left 2 messages with two different people and have given them ample time to call back. At this point it has been a week. I am disappointed to say the least. I do not know both managers names but, I do recall one of them might be Jeff (I think). Apparently, integrity is not a common practice with these folks anymore. Apparently, the bottom line is the only important factor in business deals for them. What I do know for a fact is that this experience will be passed on to the locals that they should be prepared that Wilson will reneg on negotiated deals. A sad example to set in such a small town. We will never deal with Wilson again.
We had our vehicle serviced here and are very satisfied with the quality of work and the customer service. After they made some repairs and did some routine maintenance, they offered to deliver our vehicle. We were so surprised! We don’t live in Logan and didn’t ask them to, but they did! We feel they went above and beyond. We will definitely be using them again. Thank you!Report
I first want to say I was very disappointed with this dealership I was looking for a 2018 Camaro IT that they had on their lot and as I was going through it I found out that it was saying it was a automatic V6 but then in the description of it it said it was a manual and then in the specs it said it was a two point liter turbo engine. I called asking them guys might want to change this and they changed it but not all of it and after a day or two, I called them again and we found out that this car was on another lot. They had two different cars that they got mixed up which The car faxes and the sticker prices they had a two point liter turbo engine and they had a V6 engine with the wrong prices and information on it and only when I was going to be up there I could’ve bought and drove this car back but the sales guy would not even drive it by $700 but this car is a Camaro and these guys are gonna have it on their lot for Utah so they’re going to keep it for a while and they’re gonna not sell it for a while and I have a feeling pretty soon they’re gonna think Shadows sold it to that guy that was wanting it, but I was kind of impressed that the guy did show show us pictures of it and inside and everything. He did show us the few Nixon damages on it but what I was not very happy was that he wouldn’t even drop it down by $700 and the answer that he was going to give us was this is a car that we don’t sell very often. Well enjoy it on your lot for the next two or three years I found a much better deal on Carmax. And don’t give me the BS of that we have to manage our prices. This is a car that was going to be bought because I was there but not anymore.Report
A response from the manager
As for the pricing, while we always aim to provide competitive rates, there are instances where we simply don't have the room to move on price due to market conditions and other factors. I understand that this may have been frustrating, especially considering how close we were on numbers.
If anything, you should be grateful that someone is even buying a Camaro from your lot when you guys have snow and a 2 Wheel Drive car it’s gonna sit on your property for a very long time and after the snow no one‘s gonna want it anymore you guys could’ve dropped it at least 700 and I would’ve bought it but no
so thankful that my husband and I were able to connect with Steve Allen and secure a vehicle with the help of Dave.Report
THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!
I worked with Brystun Jarvis with trading in my truck and purchasing a new one. I really despise buying from dealers because I swear it ruins my whole day and takes too long. I shared this concern with him and he assured me we can finalize everything and make it a quick process. Long story short, I was in and out of the dealership in literally 15 minutes. He had everything ready to go for me and zero games or BS. I usually don't leave reviews unless they were negative, but I felt he deserved a positive one because he followed through with everything he said he would. Probably one of the best dealer / salesman experiences I have ever had, and that's saying something because I buy new vehicles yearly. Thanks again!Report

I had a great experience buying my truck here. Both my sales associate and the finance manger did an excellent job getting me taken care of. I was treated with honesty and respect.Report
