Williams Subaru

Although I didn’t get a chance to go further after only the test-drive as I ended up being dazzled by another stylish SUV shortly, the gentleman, P. W. deserves a shout-out. His trust, patience and perseverance made me hope to go back if I replace the other car with an AWD in future. Besides, Subaru is no doubt one of the most popular brands on the road due to its AWDs.

I drove over 90 mi to Williams Subaru because they had the best prices that I could find online. I met with salesman Will Peterson. He did such an outstanding job and I bought a Subaru Crosstrek premium. The price was outstanding and they gave me a great price for my trade. Will Peterson made it the best experience I have EVER had buying a car. Will did an outstanding job showing me everything I needed to know about my Subaru Crosstrek. I would highly recommend Williams Subaru to anyone. The whole staff there did an outstanding job helping me with my purchase. The next day I forgot my glasses and some other items in the car I traded in. I called Will and he went out of his way to find those items for me. That was quite outstanding! Thank you Will for helping me make the best car buying decision I've ever made.

Waiting 3 hours so far for an oil change and tire rotation with zero updates. Was given a two hour estimate for my walk in, wish he had been honest about it taking 3+ hours and I would have simply went somewhere else.

Normally I have really positive experiences with you guys, but my last time in I was at the service center, I was assigned to representative Terrance smith which was unlucky for me. He was pushy, unprofessional, not forthcoming with pricing, overall the worst service center experiences I’ve ever had at any car company. Very unfortunate because normally Williams is awesome. If you get assigned Terrance, my recommendation is to politely ask for someone else…

Worst experience ever at a dealership today! As a women it was humiliating! Their service department is horrible! Highly recommend training on customer service! Stay far away!

I went to Williams Subaru because they had the best pricing for the cars I wanted in my area. They had $500 too $1000 more off the sticker in comparison to Metro Detroit dealerships.

I scheduled my test drives and they were very accommodating when I arrived a bit late and kept them there all the way to close. Both vehicles were ready to drive and they were very accommodating.

The manufacturer financing was easy to understand and I was prepared when I walked in. There were no surprises.

They even got the color Forrester Wilderness I wanted from Indiana, minus a few factory add ons.

As a first time buyer of a new car I can't commend the team at Williams Subaru of Lansing more! They made the process easy, straight forward and honest.

I would highly recommend this dealership to any one in the Metro Detroit area. If you are looking for the best pricing vs Ferndale, Ann Arbor, or Troy they beat them without any questions, all their quality pricing was listed on their website. It's worth the drive.

FYI I can't comment on their service or anything after purchasing as of yet. Also this is not sponsored. I think I got a $25 speedway gas card but that is for going through the post purchase "new car" purchase process. Where some one from the dealership makes sure you know all the new buttons and smart technology in the car, which I was able to do over the phone.
