Add ReviewWe bought two 2022 Subarus this year. Purchased our second one in August along with a service plan. Got the plan in mail along with a 500 coupon for a new purchase good for three years. Called Wesley sales manager and asked about if I got a 500 coupon for vehicle purchased in February. Sent photo of what I was talking about. He said he would touch base with finance person. Four days later after hearing crickets I texted to see what was going on. We played phone tag and I told Wesley I would be waiting to hear from him in an hour. After a few snarky texts from Wesley finally got a hold of the finance person 35 minutes after suggest time. I tn called owner Jeff williams to discuss the lack of customer service I had experienced and share Wesley's texts. Again crickets... Called next day was told owner had gotten my message but had checked with Wesley and finance person and did not call me. He was told issue was resolved. It was not. I was calling about lack of customer service and arrogance of dealership. Owner did call me and left a message that if I still needed to talk to call him. Obvious where the arrogance originates. . Not concerned about customer service. Will be following up with Subaru directly.Report

Able to get service done within a reasonable time.Report
Too bad the 'supply chain issues' prevented me from buying a new vehicle.
Needed an alignment. Jessi did a great job setting everything up and keeping me informed with updates. She uses my name and has a can do approach. She does a great job.Report
Work was done sooner than expected. Car comes back clean.
Williams has the best service department. I have a 2014 Forester with 170,000. With their help, I've had no issues other than regular maintenance. Jessi is awesome to work with too.Report
Editing the previous review as I found out they have fooled and cheated me more during the sale. I was told that the Remote Engine start feature will cost me $76 for 3 years and then I can just renew for another three years for another $76. I was happy as I do not need the car for more than 6 years. But eventually found out that the actual cost is $150 per year after the first three years. This dealership is filled with lairs and fraudsters. I would not recommend any person to go here even for queries! CHEATERS!!!Report
Routine inspection and maintenance. Went smoothly.Report
Very polite and clean waiting areaReport
I was in the market to a SUV, from all the research I conducted I came to conclusion that suburu are the most safe vehicle in the price point I felt comfortable, I went to the dealership and test drove couple of Subaru Forester and it was just I wanted. I purchased a used 2016 forester. I didn't get to see the actual vehicle because it was a very recent trade in and it was "getting serviced" during the purchase my experience was horrible, lack of communication, the person who was helping us wasn't thorough with any part of the process of financing the vehicle, I also felt discriminated against. After signing all the necessary paperwork, I finally got the see the car for the first time. My initial impression when I got into the car was disappointing, the car had dirty/stained seats, scratches on exterior, and interior. Considering a good reputation of this dealership I didn't think I would be dealing with all these issues after the purchase , I just want my issues resolved! Thank you.Report
I brought my car in for fuel delivery problems.Report
My mechanic did not understand how the fuel system in my car (2006 WRX) works. They said I needed a new fuel pump that costs $650. I knew that was an incorrect guess at the problem.
I declined the repair and took my car to University Foreign Car. They diagnosed a bad fuel pressure regulator. $100
Problem solved.
Williams wasted my time and money. They didn't understand how the fuel system works in my Subaru, and they kept all of my money that I paid them to keep my car for a week. Money I paid them to misdiagnose my problem and attempt to sell my a $650 part that worked perfectly fine on my car.
