Williams Subaru

Just returned from a trip there. My sister owns a 2018 Forester that she bought used. We wondered if it had a remote starter. No fob but there was an unidentified little black box in the upper left corner of the windshield. We went to Williams. Jason met us after we came in. When we explained what we wanted, he offered us water or juice or pop and then went to find someone in service. He came back with Sam. Turns out that the box was part of an aftermarket remote starter that Sam recognized. It was programmed into the Subaru key. Sam got the car started and then came back in and showed my sister how to remote start the car with the buttons on the key. Both Jason and Sam were professional, courteous, and helpful
