From Mclean and Arlington to Georgetown and the rest of Washington DC, we have been providing outstanding service to the areas of Washington DC and Northern Virginia for over 30 years. Our year-round full-time employees are pre-screened with criminal background checks and are legally documented.
Meet the Business Owner: Dave W.
Our company started 31 years ago out of a combination of desperation and serious motivation. 1977, I married my childhood sweetheart and supported our family working as a painter. Not long after, I decided I would be better off running my own company. Coincidentally, the day I broke the news was the day my wife told me we were expecting our first child.
Some may have considered this bad timing, but in fact it was the motivation I needed to make this venture work. I was the painter and she was the bookkeeper. And the two of us made up the team of Williams Professional Painting.
Over the past 31 years, the company has grown to 30 employees. We have a reputation for quality and excellent customer service. We serve Washington DC and Northern Virginia with custom interior and exterior painting for both residential and commercial clients. We also specialize in carpentry and offer sanding & staining services, wood rot repair, design consultations, and drywall & plaster repair

As an interior designer, I shopped high and low for an outstanding painter. Outstanding to me means - offering value for money, having reliable crews, illustrating glowing references, being customer-focused, offering highly skilled employees, and being trust-worthy. Williams Professional Painting is absolutely all of those things. WPP quoted about mid-range, which let me know they were being fair with pricing (too high...or too low is often a red flag). Dave, the owner, understood that I was getting quotes from others and was willing to work with me to meet my needs both with the services offered and price point. After hiring them, the job was scheduled swiftly and work commenced. The crew was outstanding. The outcome perfection. The follow-up exceptional. I will continue to use William Professional Painting for clients and recommend them to friends. They are truly the best in the area.Report
