We were very satisfied with our entire experience from introduction to purchasing a new Ridgeline at Williams Honda.
We met sales person Zeph Bythwood and connected right from the start. Zeph was very personable and knowledgeable… not pushy at all and took the time to make us very comfortable at the dealership. We were interested in a 2022 Ridgeline that was in stock and Zeph was very helpful in explaining and showing us every detail of the vehicle.
It didn't take long to realize that the vehicle was a good match for us. With Zeph's help, we sealed the deal.
After the deal was made we sat down with Dave Swartz (Finance Mgr) who finalized all of the paperwork details and explained warranty options. Again, Dave was very personable and knowledgeable and he instilled confidence in us that we made the right decisions.
In summary, we highly recommend Williams Honda and would suggest that anyone interested in a new or used Honda… go meet up with Zeph.

I was very satisfied. I was nervous to buy a car. I went to look wasn't pushed into buying it but I did buy since he was a great helper. He was going to work around my schedule and come in on his day off. They stayed over hours so I could grab my stuff from home. I had questions the next day about it and the salesman was wonderful and still helped me out. I was very pleased with the salesman who helped me with my car.

I wanted to write a review to acknowledge how great we were treated by the Williams Honda service department. Our 2019 Honda Odyssey died at our child's soccer practice one night and the service team was able to squeeze us in immediately the next morning. I am 38.5 weeks pregnant and depend on my van to transport my family so this truly meant so much to my husband and I. Every staff member was friendly, fast and kept us in the loop while we waited. I appreciate them so much and I hope they know how much they helped us out!!!

Nice people to work with. Didn't feel pressured to buy the first thing I saw. They made you feel at home. Bill and Ed were great. I would recommend them to anyone. This is what I got.

Bought or leased several vehicles from Williams in the past and always have had a good experience. Just leased 2022 Pilot from them recently and again good experience. Chris Standt was our salesman, he was very helpful and answered all our questions. Ed Sophia, the finance manager did a great job guiding us through the paperwork.
