I had a very good experience with the young lady Emily, but beyond that things went to the basement. I swapped a vehicle in with 2 remotes. New car had 1! Said it might come with title! Nope! But I have the opportunity to purchase another remote for around $100, then have it programmed for around another $400!???? This would have made or broke the deal if I would have know it beforehand!!! And then to top it off, Mr. Swartz bullshited me into purchasing a $7000 maintenance plan which I’m praying I can get out of! Called him. Left more than one message for him to call me back. His email doesn’t work, so guess I’m going to have to drive all the way down there and go face to face with him. Shifting gears, parts department won’t answer the phone and won’t call back on a remote. Getting real tired of this. So buyer beware!

Great service, and professionalism. I took in my civic recently to replace the gas pump, they said it’d take roughly an hour or so, and they did not disappoint. Would gladly return when even the next car inspection is ready.

You guys were great! I am always worried about using the dealership for service but I will definitely be back, your staff was honest and even when they gave me upgrade options that I was unsure about if I needed, they checked for me and were honest and did not sell me anything unnecessary. I was very impressed.
