Excellent customer service and prices. The seller was super attentive to all my requests and friendly, his name is Jose, and I was super happy with everyone. I felt very relaxed seeing that my friend was able to make his dream come true. We never felt pressured by the seller or any staff member. Thank you, I will always recommend you.

I was told I would be mailed information from the finance department regarding my payments but after a month, I still havent recieved anything. When I call to wait to speak with a representative the call gets disconnected and when I leave messages, no one calls me back. I eventually found when I needed when I played around online but to my surprise, it's showing my vehicle purchased way more then what I agreed too. I need to know why I'm being charged more and honestly since I purchased the vehicle....Ive. been wanting to give it back. One of the worse decisions I made. Do your homework and don't finance from here.

I had a terrible experience at this Hyundai Service Center in North Miami. I initially came in with a polite attitude to address an issue, but I was met with nothing but disrespect. The staff treated me poorly, and when I made a complaint, they became aggressive—one employee even slammed my car door near me in an intimidating manner.

To make matters worse, they stole the carpets from my car. What’s even more disappointing is that Julian (the most disrespectful of all), the manager, was involved in this situation and did nothing to make it right. It’s shocking that a service center representing a major brand would operate with such dishonesty and lack of professionalism. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place unless you want to be treated terribly and risk having your belongings taken.

Extremely happy customer!

I was in the market for a Hyundai Palisades and knew what I wanted, I just needed to get the vehicle for the right price. I saw a vehicle that I liked at Hyundai of North Miami and reached out for an Out the Door price. Andres responded promptly and answered all my questions.

There are a lot of dealers in the South Florida area and I did check out vehicles at other dealers, and even visited a few while looking at similar cars, but the support of Andres and the North Miami team was incredible and won me over. We worked out most of the details before I even went to the dealership and once there, the process was seamless. The support of the management team was appreciated, as well.

The only challenge was waiting to work with the finance team to handle the paperwork, as they were extremely busy, but that should tell you something about them and that people want to buy cars here. Woking with the finance team was easy and no upsells.

You can tell that the car buying experience I had here is not unique to me and that others I saw were having similar outstanding experiences. Give them a chance, you won't be disappointed. (and ask for Andres!)
