Salespeople have always been friendly and helpful. We have bought two vehicles from here, a 2024hyundai palisade and a 2025 Hyundai Tucson. We have been very satisfied with the service here

Dealership has car for $20,025. I went to see in person to view the vehicle. They stated that they sold the car last night. I called two days later because it still showed on the their own website (Hyundai of north Miami) that it was available and they had updated their price to $20,495. The first representative stated that it was available. Once we mentioned that their previous employee stated that it was sold three days ago, they stated that it was sold back in March. We’re in April. Why would you still have it on the website AND it was updated in price. VIN: 5NMJB3AE6PH171257

Terrible experience, this is not the first time we get a car from them. First time was great this time around it feels scammy and poor service. First of all they got the registration incorrect, the color on the car was white and they out grey. The finance manager stated we would get a reimbursement from the gap insurance within 20 days. It has 2 months and we have not received anything. Lastly the finance manager told us it was going to be with Hyundai Finance the same company we already had, this was a lie they did it with driveway finance which based of the reviews is a terrible loan company with massive data breaches. She then visits the dealership to fix these issues and gets absolutely ignored and mistreated because it the end of the month. Of course they want to sell cars and don’t care about you once you and the car leave. They couldn’t provide an update on the reimbursement, they provided her a new registration which is for the WRONG PERSON, CAR, and License plate and lastly told her well thats the finance company thats for the car. I feel completely scammed and mistreated. Take your business elsewhere, these guys just want a sale.

This review is in reference to the service/maintenance area. Customer service is non existent. You could stand there for 20 mins and nobody would notice you. There’s the dudes watching the soccer game, the lady with a terrible attitude. Can we at least have the basics covered. This is not the first time. Also, the oil on the hood…

I called the dealership this morning to look for Volkswagen. The car was on the lot. I asked the sales person to go out to the car and see if the car had drivers power seat. He said yes the car had power driver seat when I got to the dealership there was no power driver seat they trying to get to dealership so they can bait and switch you. This is bad customer service.
