Add ReviewI had a disappointing experience with this dealership. Initially, the communication with both salesmen was good and transparent. As an out-of-state buyer, I stayed in constant contact, spent several hours negotiating a deal, applied for financing, and even arranged for a family member to inspect the vehicle — only to be told at the last minute that the car had already been auctioned off earlier that day. It felt very unprofessional to negotiate and process paperwork for a car that wasn’t even available. Unfortunately, this experience wasted my time and left me extremely frustrated. I would advise future buyers to proceed with caution and to confirm vehicle availability before moving forward.Report

Per the contract for my daughters new Tucson, the dealership was to pay the last payment. Unfortunately, the last payment auto-paid from my account. At that time the payment occurred, I let the Salesperson know the situation and he said I would have to wait a few weeks and I would receive my refund from Hyundai Finance. I waited 4 weeks and still no refund. So I called Hyundai Finance. They advised that when the dealership paid off the trade-in, the payoff amount was lower by my last payment made in error. Therefore the dealership paid a lower payoff amount and my refund is due from the dealership, not Hyundai Finance.Report
I have been trying to get in touch with someone from Finance for 4 weeks and can not get anyone to call back. I have emailed from the website, called more times than I can count, texted my salesperson, left voicemails on multiple extensions and called my salesperson. Still no call! I even spoke to an Assistant Manager and did not get assistance. Clearly we have a contract that states the terms and the dealership did not abide by the terms of the contract pertaining to the payoff. This is unacceptable business practices at best!!
Whilst I am happy with my vehicle I am unsatisfied with the service from the guy who sold me my car. He totally ghosted me regarding my second key on my second hand car. Never replied after telling me he had it at his desk. He also kinda ripped me off with the extras on the vehicle as he stated they were not included in the listed purchase price. These are common car sales tactics that I’ve come to realize are used to take advantage of customers. Since this location was sold and is no onher leham. Hyundai, the sevice quality has decreased somewhat. I was disappointed with the service from Julian but overall the car works well and is easy to serviceReport
Excellent experience at Hyundai of North Miami for car service! My scheduled appointment for an oil change and maintenance went smoothly. The wait time estimate was accurate, and the staff were consistently kind and professional. A special thank you to Roderick for his great service and helpful advice on future maintenance. Hyundai of North Miami is now my go-to service location.Report
Horrible service experience. Service was better when it was owned by Lehman. Left my car to get a sensor replaced and 5 days later, crickets. Left messages every day and no one calls back. Service people never smile, look like life is miserable. Picking my car up to take to another dealership.Report

Ghosted! One of the main reasons I bought from them was because they said I would be eligible for a $4000 used EV tax credit. However, Hyundai of North Miami did not report the sale to the IRS, and I cannot claim the credit without their paperwork. I have tried emailing and calling many times to resolve this issue (it's 1 form!), but they are ignoring my communications. I love the car, but I would never recommend the dealer.Report
Avoid this dealership at all costs. I bought a car from them six months ago, and I’m still waiting on the written agreement for a paint job that they promised. I’ve driven down there twice from West Palm Beach, and both times they sent me away saying they needed to reschedule. The place is completely disorganized and full of empty promises. Don’t waste your time or money here.Report

If I could give 0 stars I would this dealership is the worst customer service I've ever had. We went there to look at a 22 Sonata with 22,000 miles on it. We got there. The car had 46,000 miles on it we had avvery nice salesperson We ended up buying the car on April 1. Today is April 20 and we still do not have the paperwork. The sales lady had to leave so she left us and said the finance guy would be in any minute half hour later he still wasn't there we walked to him and he said I need a half hour or you can pay and then we'll have the paperwork sent to you. I said fine we paid we got nothing. Finally two weeks later our sales lady Ara came here with the paperwork we signed . There was no bill of sale, the title still said 22,000 miles on it plus several other errors.
I am still waiting for the correction 4/20 I tried to call the dealership about 22 times to no avail, either no answer or somebody picks up says they're gonna transfer me the call gets dropped.
Finally spoke to a sales manager who promised me he would call back within 15 was three days ago. He still hasn't called me back. My advice is stay away.
Again, Ara the salesperson was very nice but there is just so much she can do if finance team is incompetent.
Still waiting
