Hello my name is Chris, if anyone wants to reach and ask about this place just send me a message. But warning do not shop here!!! I’m not even an angry customer cause I did get what I was going for but only after it caused a lot of difficulties and disappointment. I’m never returning to this location. The sales person that ruined my experience is named Ryan, he works at this location and is a heavier set man. That will help you stay clear of this person. Also a man who’s name I didn’t get but he’s a big guy who lifts at golds gym. And another man named John. Please just be careful, I can truly say I trusted the wrong team. Won’t happen again! I also included text messages from the sales person Ryan, I admit I said a few things I should have kept to myself but he stated it, he was very unprofessional.Report
I’m a fan of Subaru products, but my experience with Glen Burnie Subaru has been nothing short of disappointing, and I feel compelled to share this in the hope that others avoid what I went through.
To get me out the door and into a car on the same day, the dealership used a questionable "trick" to secure insurance for me. This process felt wrong from the start, but by that time, they had taken my old car’s keys and refused to give them back, claiming they couldn’t locate them because the keys were in someone’s office. I felt trapped and uncomfortable, but I went along with their plan.
Now, I’m struggling to secure proper insurance because the "trick" they used makes it appear as though I lied on my insurance application. As a result, I’ve been denied coverage by both Progressive and State Farm. This “quick fix” to get me insured immediately cost me over $800, which I eventually got refunded, but only because I took the necessary steps myself.
Since then, I’ve reached out to Glen Burnie Subaru for help, but all I’ve received are empty promises. My situation remains unresolved, and it has caused me a great deal of frustration and stress.
While Subaru vehicles are great, I strongly urge you to stay away from this location. My experience has shown that their priority is making the sale, not customer care or ethical business practices.
