White Oaks at Wilton Apartments

Working with manager Danielle was a pleasure. She was very patient with our questions and responsive to our needs. She made us feel so welcome. The facility is beautiful and the amenities outstanding. Five stars!

The team at this community is simply outstanding. Right from the leasing staff to the maintenance personnel. Oscar is superb not only to solve issues and fix things very quickly to satisfaction, but makes the entire experience very positive. Victoria is extremely receptive and courteous. It's a pleasure to continue my 3rd year here.

Avalon's Maintenance Team is amazing. Due to covid delays I wasn't scheduled to get a washing machine for my unit until last September the supervisor Marcus went above and beyond to get a washer. When Oscar came to install it As always he was quick, efficient, and polite. They're awesome!

The staff here is 5 stars!! They are always ready to help and always get the job done fast and efficient. Great place to live!

LOVE my Avalon community!! From my beautiful and comfortable unit to the well kept surroundings including the pool, the gym and all the green areas.

I want to start off by saying Alice P. from 116 Danbury Rd has been very helpful from start to finish and has made our move in very easy. Also the maintenance staff here has been very attentive and responded to my request the next day. Since being on the property for short period we are enjoying our apartment and our stay here. Thank you Alice and staff!
