I had my jeep towed here after it started misfiring and became disabled on the highway. I am from out of town and figured a local jeep dealer would be the most reliable place to have it towed. After several calls and getting the run around (computer problems, no call backs), it took them 5 days just to get an initial diagnosis. They wanted 4-5 additional hours to tear down the engine so they could "diagnose the problem". I asked them to stop immediately and had it transported 6 hours to my regular dealer. They found the problem in less than one hour, fixed within 24 hours. I feel this was a predatory business practice being a customer from out of town as well as not being a return customer. I wouldn't recommend this dealer.ReportRe: I had my jeep towed here ...
