Check in lousy Signage inadequate, poorly lit outside, mediocre service.
Rooms spacious, many with great views. Excellent location.

Liked · Not handy cap assessable, on one occasion we asked for towels and had the cleaning person physically put his foot in the door to watch my mother change then told us we can't get towels daily. The staff some were really awesome the others were very rude. The resort price and value is better at the Holliday inn. The facilities barely worked the restaurant could not keep a cook nightly to save anyones life. Every other night someone else has quit. It seems like at some point the property was GRAND but is now barely open but charging insanely. I was even mentioned to that the house keeping staff are all illegal? As a guest their were many things I would have preferred not to be apart of and focused more on the comfort of our stay especially paying over 300 bucks a day! I am VERY VERY VERY disappointed and checked out 15 days early simply because of how poor the service was. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I've had better experiences at low cost budget motels then this foolishness!
Disliked · Respect guest. Treat every guest the same. Understand disabled guest needs! Donnie try and be a perv to older woman! Do not try to fight guest!!! Simply because our skin color we were treated unequal and as a bother! I am disgusted with this place. And waisted thousands.

Wonderful resort. From Destiny at check in to Cathy and Judy in the Gold Room we couldn't have asked for better service. Gorgeous room and the views are amazing. Can't wait to visit again!
