10/10 recommend! Jesse and Ron went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new purchase of a 2015 Grand Cherokee. This was my first big purchase and it was for sure an amazing, smooth experience. I will definitely be back!

Tiffany was amazing and very helpful. If it wasn't for her I would've never known that the sketchy tow company never dropped my car off for a recall repair. She had a lot of patience and worked quickly yet diligently. A very stressful situation became 100 times better just by her excellent customer service skills which is greatly appreciated. Hello I would like to take a moment to share my experience at Westgate Service Department in Wake Forest. I took my truck there for an oil change and for them to update my radio. Because I was paying for the uconnect service but it wouldn't work due to an upgrade. I explained to the tech the uconnect app and how it works for my truck and he stated to me that he's never heard of or seen a uconnect app. He said that he drives a Ford and it uses a different app. I dropped my truck off on a Monday and after having to go through the sales department to get a call through to the service department, I finally got my truck back on Friday. They then told me that I needed a new radio. They told me that they had to order the radio and it would take approximately 3 weeks and that they would call me when it came in. I waited 3 weeks and didn't hear anything back from them so I called and inquired about the replacement radio. On that call they told me that the radio had come in the day before. Communication is low, and service is questionable. I also feel that there's a issue with the person who sets up the appointments and the techs who repair the vehicles. It seems that they don't completely respect each others role. I usually don't leave reviews but google sent me this email and asked for my opinion.
