We made it a family event, went down to the west motor co. In Preston with my parents who were purchasing a new truck wich they had previously started the process a few days prior. The sales man/reps worked with them and myself in every way possible. And went out of there way to find us what we wanted and made it happen. Pretty good buying expierance. Needless to say we both walked out with new vehicles and happy with the visit.
