Called to see if a car was still on the lot. They took my number and never called back. Went to their website and made an offer on the car... never contacted me back. Ok i get it, ill take my money elsewhere.

Great service & pretty good prices!

If I could give more stars I would! Errol at West Subaru made my car buying experience smooth and painless. He was very knowledgeable about the Ascent and took the time to get me all set up even after the purchase. This is our third Subaru purchase at West Subaru and we will be back for our daughter's first car for sure!

I have nothing but good things to say about Subaru and West Houston Subaru. I was never pressured or hassled. My salesman, Steven Wolfe, was incredible. He was knowledgable and kept me updated throughout the entire process and even checks up on me and my Subaru after the purchase. I will probably always own a Subaru and as long as I am close to Houston I will always go back to Steven and West Houston Subaru.

They were friendly, attentive, provided good coffee and a clean place to wait and did a good job of updating on the maintenance being done. Very good place.

I wanted to thank Vince at West Houston Subaru. Vince was excellent from when i first inquired about the price of the vehicle until it was delivered, and i drove off the lot. I appreciated that when Vince didn't know the answer to a mechanical question, he took me right out to the service bay to talk to Chuck. This veteran Subaru mechanic answered that question as well as my other questions. Vince could have easily dismissed my question, but he didn't. That's the level of service he gave me from the start until well after the sale.

This was my first Subaru, and i was very thankful West Houston Subaru was honest and didn't try to sell me anything extra. Also, unlike my previous car buying experiences at other dealerships, I didn't feel like i was being pushed into purchasing add ons or warranties on the way out.

Vince was super helpful in every way. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction and supported me without question. Loved the experience. I would buy another car from him without hesitation.
