I am 80 yrs old.and Handicapped. People me coming and going,out different doors and came to hold open the door. Walked me,I use walker, to the person I needed to talk to. He was wonderful. Listened to my problem with my 2010 Town and County. The slide doors open on their own. Even driving on highway! He is willing to help! I have an appointment tomorrow. He would have helped on the spot. But did have what he needed. I live 30 miles away! I am very impressed!

Mickey took the time to go over what I wanted and looked through the website to find potential options that fit my budget and then drove me around to each lot and went out of his way to find my top picks to look at. Low pressure, great customer service and excellent follow up. Got an awesome vehicle and very happy with that and him. Even after sales he was available for questions!

Making the appointment had to be done over the phone since online was not an available option for this dealership. There was some confusion about the type of appointment needed. I spoke to a scheduler not an advisor, I had a recall and a 30k mile service to schedule. Originally scheduled an oil change and a separate recall appointment. Once there I talked to an advisor, Steven Martin and ended up rescheduling for the next week to do both the 30k service and recall plus get a rental because it would take the entire day to do all the work. Steven was very helpful throughout the whole process.
