The guy I talked to was a great person, but I have no faith in whether my truck had an oil change or not. Only because the paperwork stated that everything was checked and everything was great, but when I read that my lights were good I thought, "Wow, my rear driver side light is out and I know it." What else was missed or just marked checked?"

Colin is the person you want to talk to in service! Not only did he take care of my warranty issue on my new car, he also fixed a mistake someone else made on my older vehicle that was previously in warranty.

I really like how the service department keeps me posted when they work on my truck. I like that I can work from their lobby while I wait, or wait for my ride. I’m going to keep going back and Austin’s number is in my favorites.

We reached out to get an appt: over 1 month wait. Waited, called regarding options for shuttle or courtesy car: told they would get info and get back to us. Nothing.

Then, my partner checked the car in for the long-awaited appointment, and gets talked down to and shamed for trying to fix our car during the month+ wait!

I get a text stating that questions and updates can be communicated thru the give number: no response. I call: no response. I text again: no response. My partner calls? “oh, we know you did this exact text at home (while waiting for us) but we have to do it to move forward and by the way? It’s another $600.00”.

I have one vehicle that holds my children. This dealership/shop apparently has decided they are going to leverage my need for a functional vehicle with their need to money hoard.
