The Sleep Center provides outpatient, diagnostic evaluation and treatment recommendations for adults and children with problems associated with sleeping and waking. These problems include: Lack of energy Snoring and/or snorting Wake up choking, coughing, or gasping Bed partner notes pauses in breathing while sleeping Tachycardia (racing heart) Difficulty falling or staying asleep Daytime sleepiness, fatigue Irritability, difficulty concentrating, limited attention span Memory problems Difficulty staying awake even after sleeping through the night Excessive movement while sleeping Use of caffeine or other medications to stay awake Use of medications to fall asleep Morning headaches
