I was working with Steve Mortati on purchasing a CPO Audi A4. Although the initial response and help was fantastic it quickly turned into a struggle to get an answer from him. After putting my deposit down, I was told that there was a stop sale order from Audi on the A4 I was looking for purchase and after asking multiple times for an update on the situation I never got the follow up text that was promised. Avoid if you are looking for a responsive salesperson who keeps up with their promises.

I had the pleasure of working with Stephen Mortati on my car purchase. I found the car online, an Audi Q3, and inquired about it. He was quick to respond, stayed in touch with me and was extremely knowledgable and helpful. In a market where car salesman do not return calls or stay in touch this was a breath of fresh air. This was a distance purchase all the way from FL. I had never seen the car prior to it arriving to me. I was a bit scared to buy a car I had never seen or driven before but Stephen made it easy. He sent me videos and photos and eased a lot of my concerns. The car arrived to me just a few days ago and it's spotless, in mint condition and much better than I expected. It drives perfectly and was a much better option than anything I found locally. I'm so glad I took the risk, trusted Stephen and bought the car. It paid off for me and I'm grateful to him and his team for taking such good care of me and being completely honest. Another thing I loved is that they didn't try to kill me with all kinds of crazy fees after hooking me with the ad. So many dealerships did that to me and it was beyond frustrating. The price was the price plus the normal taxes, tag, title and dealer fees. No other BS. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Weeks Pre-Owned and specifically Stephen Mortati. Great buying experience with salesman Ron Rodriguez. Ron made my appointment, showed me the car and many other options available to me. When I decided on a car, he went to work to insure that the car would be detailed and registered within a few hours. He saw to it that every one of my concerns was handled professionally. As the deal came to a close, he brought in Al Di Fusco to seel it. And Al was another shining star for the Weeks dealership.
An overall enjoyable experience at Weeks Pre owned.
