If you like working 2nd or 3rd shift, this is not the job for you. Here it is first shift (8am-4:30pm) or no employment. Could pay better too given they have been around since 1933. The work itself is not hard at all as you'll be operating aluminum and steel stamping machinery, put one part in, stamp it, take it out and repeat the process with occasional quality checks. The hiring process was as easy as it got but most places only require two forms of ID, but for some reason, these guys ask you to bring your diploma. I had to drive from Akron to Cleveland to get mine. Overall, I did enjoy what I did but I didn't like the training.
