Great dealership, I like it! My advisor Sue Luo helped me order my car several months ago, during the waiting period she also let me know any updates and answered my questions. Also the delivery process is super smooth, Sue also explained all different paperwork. It is a 100% excellent experience to order, purchase and pick up a car in Weatherford BMW, all departments here (Sales, Finance and Parts) are very professional and helpful, they offer the best service and price. I highly recommend here for purchasing, I will also get my next car from Weatherford BMW!

Johnny Huang was easy to work with and super responsive. We initially went to him about another trim of the vehicle a month ago and mentioned our needs. He gave us the news about inventory and asked the right questions. He followed up with us about a month later about a slightly different trim that another client had rejected on delivery knowing that it could fit us well. We purchased it and the whole process was easy. Thanks!

Great service while buying the vehicle. Unfortunately after sale was done, I had few issues that were never answered by either the sales person or the manager when I emailed them both. On 2 separate occasions for 2 different issues. One issue was resolved when I called and spoke to someone else who was helpful and answered my questions. 2nd issue was resolved by me finding another dealership to help. I bought a trade in truck from them. Hopefully they treat their BMW customers better than they took care of me.
