Was recommended by a friend to work with We Buy Houses in Socal, and boy did they OVER-deliver. My mom was entering hospice, and the state of her house was in very poor condition. It was such a great and easy process! Justin and Michael took charge and made sure we knew everything they were doing and every step of the way. I recently inherited my grandparents home after they had passed, and that house needed a lot of work. Even though we wanted to keep it, it was just a cost my family couldn't afford to keep, and on top of that, we were scared about the house being vandlized or worse. Where do I start, from the first phone call to the transfer of the money, Michael was great in everything that he did for us from start to finish. He was patient, compassionate, and gave us a great deal for our home. Michael and his team made sure to take us through the process with baby steps, as my mom had wanted - she's older and we wanted her to move in with us so we could take care of her. My childhood home started to become a hoarder house, and it would have taken so much money for everything to be made into a saleable point.
